Mansons Guitar Show - Exeter, Gareth Pearson and Frank Turner

Mansons of Exeter hosted their annual Guitar Show with over 40 trade stands packed with guitars, basses, amplifiers and accessories. Certainly an event to watch out for next year!

For the acoustic side of this year's show, Patrick James Eggle Guitars Ltd were delighted to have endorsees Frank Turner and Gareth Pearson on hand to demonstrate, play and entertain!,

Gareth played a short demo on the stand on Saturday afternoon (having just flown in from a gig in Italy) and then also took to the stage for a superb set at the exhibitors party in the evening, sporting his new PJE stage guitar. On the Sunday he played at the Show venue and left many an experienced guitar player wondering how on earth anyone can play so damn well!!! Frank managed to squeeze in a stirring set in between the last few dates of his sell-out UK tour. It was interesting to see his "battle-scarred" Saluda Cutaway, but needless to say it sounded excellent!
Having caught his last night at Shepherds Bush Empire, before heading off to tour in America, we would urge anyone to see his show....but best learn the words to some of his songs first! .... check out his tour dates... www.frank-turner.com/
